This 64-minute video captures Uli Jon Rouge’s performance at the annual metal festival “ROCK HARD FESTIVAL” in Germany on May 24th, during the European leg of their anniversary tour commemorating the 50th anniversary of their masterpiece “Virgin Killer.” The video is official quality, professionally shot from the webcast broadcast master. Initially released as a limited distribution, this video boasts not only high definition but also a film-like texture, superb camerawork, and a realistic capture of Uli’s every move, making it comparable in quality to official footage. This tour was originally scheduled for the previous year but was postponed, and therefore, the setlist for their August 2025 “Pictures of Destiny” tour performance in Japan will include a complete performance of “Virgin Killer.” However, because this was a short set for the festival, they didn’t perform all the songs in full. Nevertheless, they played seven of the nine songs from the album in order, excluding “Crying Days” and “Yellow Raven,” and even included “In Your Park,” a song that the Scorpions had never played before. The set ended with the familiar “All Along The Watchtower,” all performed in official quality, making it a must-see for fans.
