Description

This release presents a complete, 91-minute, official-quality stereo soundboard recording of the performance at the “Rockpalast Open Air Festival” in Loreley, Germany, on June 22, 1997—an event that took place during the European tour supporting his solo album *Junction Seven*. Since the source audio comes from a broadcast by *Rockpalast*, a popular German music program, the mix and sound balance are of professional, official quality—good enough to be released as an official “bootleg” just as it is. As the performance served to promote *Junction Seven*, the setlist highlights four tracks from that album alongside key solo hits and material spanning his entire career up to that point—including songs from the Blind Faith and Traffic eras, as well as 1960s classics like “I’m A Man” and “Gimme Some Lovin’.” Rockpalast Open Air Festival: at Freilichtbühne Loreley, St. Goarshausen, Germany, June 22, 1997: Stereo Soundboard Recording.
