Pat Metheny An Evening/London,UK 07.02.2016 2Shows Complete

A four-disc set has been released featuring the complete recordings of the July 2nd performance, the second day of a two-day live show held at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, a renowned veteran jazz club in London, as part of their 2016 world tour. Tickets for both days sold out instantly, and the performance exceeded all expectations, leading to numerous inquiries about the live show since last year. After about a year, we are finally able to deliver this much-talked-about performance to you. Of course, the setlists are different for the first and second halves, so you can enjoy this live CD to the fullest. Pat Metheny, now 63 years old, still displays his ageless guitar playing, with his sharp, edgy guitar style evident. Furthermore, the clear sound quality allows you to experience the band’s worldview, creating an exquisite sense of spatial depth. The long-awaited CD release has finally arrived.
