Miles Davis Dave Liebman/Brazil 1974 2Days Remastered

This release features ultra-clear audio recordings from two of Miles Davis’s three live performances in Brazil in 1974: the second show on May 28th and the third show in São Paulo on June 2nd. Recorded by Miles Davis band member Dave Liebman on two Nakamichi open-reel decks set up on stage, this is the first time these recordings have been released in super-high-quality sound comparable to the legendary album “Another Unity,” sure to send Miles Davis fans into a frenzy. While the May 28th performance had been released before, the audio source used in this CD release is a master with significantly improved sound quality. The June 2nd performance is also included, consisting of 35 minutes recorded from a newly discovered master. This album was produced using 24-bit digital remastering, a technique developed by an overseas Miles Davis enthusiast who provides us with audio sources for our Miles Davis Definitive series.
