The opening was a breathtaking spectacle, with a marching band parade entering from outside the venue, followed by an MC by Steve Harvey, who was the host that day, and a Michael Jackson cover contest with various guests. The video captures the party live performance, which Michael enjoyed watching from the balcony. In the middle of the show, special guest Brian McNight performed a piano and vocal rendition of “Happy Birthday,” followed by live performances from other guests. Finally, Michael appeared on stage! After expressing his gratitude for the party, the birthday presents were revealed. You can see Michael’s surprised reaction to the painting in a giant frame.
