Description
The limited-edition revival event “KISS KRUISE: Land-Locked in Vegas” garnered worldwide attention. This multi-camera film captures the entire show, from start to finish. This film was, of course, shot at the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas on November 15, 2025. The multi-camera audience witnessed the entire event. “KISS KRUISE: Land-Locked in Vegas” took place over two days, with a short acoustic gig on the first day and a full electric concert on the second. While a single-camera audience recording of both days was well-received, this film is something entirely different. It’s a multi-camera edited film that captures the main two-day electric concert. What’s astounding is the incredible quality. While there are only three angles, each one is incredibly high-quality. Let’s take a look at the unique characteristics of the three cameras. Camera 1 (medium distance from the front): A mid-distance shot looking directly at the stage. It’s far enough away to capture the entire stage, but it also passes far above the audience in the front, offering a spectacular, unobstructed view straight onto the stage. Zooming in from there brings each member close enough to fill the frame. Furthermore, because the multi-camera setup inserts other angles, the scene changes, as if it were a different camera, even when it returns. Camera 2 (long distance from the left): This camera is very similar to Camera 1, but is angled slightly to the left and filmed from the back of the venue. It’s difficult to tell the difference when zoomed in, as it resembles Camera 1, but even within the same scene, different zooms focus on different areas. This secondary camera adds variety to the overall footage. Camera 3 (at the very front on the left): And the best is Camera 3! This is a powerful angle shot from the second row on the left side of the stage (Gene Simmons’ side). The camera doesn’t move much, maintaining an angle that just fits all four members in. If there was only one camera, it would be boring without much movement, but since it’s a multi-camera setup, there’s no problem. Rather, the view from cameras 1 and 2 suddenly becomes closer, and the excitement rises with a “Here it comes, here it comes!” In addition to the multi-camera spectacle, this work also has superb sound. The entire work is recorded with one type of recording, and even if the angle changes, it remains stable, with a clear, thick, and direct feel that is soundboard-grade. At first glance, this work feels like a “pro shot,” but perhaps the biggest factor is the sound. Such quasi-pro shot quality depicts the full show of KISS, who returned without makeup. Finally, let’s review the historical setlists. 70s (14 songs): Deuce, Cold Gin, Black Diamond; Hotter Than Hell, Got To Choose, Watchin’ You, Let Me Go, Rock ‘N’ Roll; Detroit Rock City, Shout It Out Loud, Do You Love Me?; Others: Take Me, Calling Dr. Love, Love Her All I Can, Rock And Roll All Nite (★); 80s (2 songs): I Love It Loud, Lick It Up (★). Note: ★ indicates a collaboration with Bruce Kulick. Two years after the “END OF THE ROAD Tour” finale, KISS is back. This is a multi-camera, superb sound CD that fans worldwide have been waiting for: the long-awaited full show. This masterpiece, a pro-shot that will forever symbolize “KISS in 2025” (and perhaps the final KISS). A multi-camera audience from the limited-edition revival event, “Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, November 15, 2025.” The footage is edited using three cameras, with superb soundboard-quality audio.
