Description
A fantastic, immersive live recording has emerged from a concert held in February 1970 at Cha Qui Peche in France, captured from the original tapes recorded by a renowned Keith Jarrett collector. While live recordings from April 18th and May 24th (his first solo performance) of 1970 have already been released, this performance predates those and is, of course, a rare recording making its first appearance. Despite being a vintage master recording, the sound quality is surprisingly immersive, unlike concerts held in large halls, suggesting that the master recording was preserved in excellent condition. Incidentally, the live recording was made by Mr. Bourfe, a world-renowned Keith Jarrett collector. Live at France 02/28/1970 Keith Jarrett (p) Gus Nemeth (b) Aldo Romano (dr)
