A highly anticipated four-disc set has been released, featuring complete recordings of the February 8th show from the week-long Japan tour of the five-piece band formed around Chick Corea and John McLaughlin, using amazing A-grade audience recordings for both parts. This “Five Piece Band” marks the first collaboration between Chick Corea and John McLaughlin in approximately 40 years. Supporting these two masters are accomplished musicians: alto saxophonist Kenny Garrett, bassist Christian McBride, and drummer Brian Blade.
