This release features a complete, 1-hour-and-57-minute recording of the final show (Day 2) of legendary artist Diana Ross’s 2026 Japan tour—her first in 11 years—held at Osaka-jo Hall. Sourced from an intercept of the in-ear monitor (IEM) feed Diana herself used, the recording is remarkably clean; it is virtually free of the count-ins or click tracks often found in such feeds. With Diana’s vocals front and center and a well-balanced instrumental mix, the audio quality rivals that of a perfect direct-from-the-mixing-console stereo soundboard recording. The show opens with an “Overture” featuring narration and visuals that chronicle her career, followed by a setlist that spans over six decades—from her 1960s Supremes era and 1970s solo hits to her 1980s disco-funk period (collaborating with Chic) and tracks from her 2011 album *Thank You*. While the parade of massive hits is spectacular, the most astonishing aspect is Diana’s own vocal power and performance; her voice defies her 82 years, leaving listeners simply amazed. As with the Yokohama show, her daughter Rhonda Ross Kendrick performs four songs starting with “Someday,” and three of Diana’s grandchildren join her on stage to dance during “Upside Down,” creating a warm, family-oriented atmosphere.
