Deep Purple / Osaka & Aichi, Japan 2026 Complete

This release features full recordings of the April 13th show at Grand Cube Osaka, the second day of their 2026 Japan tour after a three-year absence, and the final show on the 15th in Nagoya, both captured with excellent audience shots made public by the owner. The Osaka show was filmed from an extremely close distance, from the second row of the front row of the arena, on the left side of the stage, while the Nagoya show, though filmed from the back of the arena, captured a full panoramic shot directly in front of the stage. A major point of interest is that despite the setlist being the same on both days, the camera angles were completely different. Furthermore, this tour, billed as “MADE IN JAPAN,” followed the release of “=1″ the previous year, and three songs from that album—”A Bit On The Side,” “Lazy Sod,” and “Bleeding Obvious”—were performed in Japan for the first time. In addition, the instrumental jam number “Guinnesis” also made its debut, demonstrating that this is the latest and most current Deep Purple. The setlist is fixed for all shows, including the recent Budokan performance, and of course, it’s a parade of 70s classics, starting with the opening “Highway Star.” In particular, “Hard Lovin’ Man” and “Into The Fire” from “IN ROCK” are included in the setlist for the first time in a while, making this a limited-edition memorial item for their Japan tour that allows you to experience a different side of them compared to three years ago.
