In April 2026, the annual Coachella Festival, a major festival held in California over two weeks, featured a full recording of the live performances from Weeks 1 and 2 (April 11th and 18th) from the webcast on-air master, totaling 2 hours and 15 minutes of footage. Since the event was also live-streamed online, this title uses the on-air master to record the entire performance in official-level HD quality. As the festival appearance took place during a tour supporting the album “WHO IS THE SKY?” released the previous year, the setlists were the same on both days, but while they included two songs from the album and solo tracks such as “Strange Overtones,” a collaboration with Brian Eno, the core of the performance was, of course, Talking Heads numbers, with a total of nine songs performed. Furthermore, the stage set is surrounded by giant video projections on the back, side walls, and floor, creating an otherworldly performance where the boundary between the real person and the video is blurred, almost like a music video.
