Disc 1 Recorded in high-quality professional shots of the 2016 Reading Festival in the UK by CHVRCHES, a trio formed by Glaswegian Lauren Mayberry (Vo), Ian Cook (Key, B, Vo), and Martin Doherty (Key, Vo). Lauren’s angelic singing voice and magnificent staging. The start is sophisticated and expresses a very beautiful world, and the addictiveness with a high repeat rate is still alive.In the middle of “Never Ending Circles” there is a beat that you can ride comfortably, but the last part of “Gun” is GOOD with Lauren’s soft yet powerful vocals coming to the forefront.The song ends with The Mother We Share, which is both nostalgic and new, with Lauren’s clear vocals making it very comfortable! It is coupled with the “Landmark Music Festival” held in Washington DC on September 27th and the “Pitchfork Music Festival” held in Chicago on July 17th. The long-awaited 2nd album was released on September 25th. Therefore, the live performances before and after the release of the new work are included. Of course, we will be performing our new song at Landmark on September 7th! What’s more, they play a massive 5 songs (6 songs if you include new songs that don’t make it onto the album)! The new song is also a great success considering the album is already a huge hit. On July 17th, Pitchfork is actually playing three new songs (+1) here as well. This is a daytime event and is a rather small outdoor venue. It was a relatively relaxed live performance, in contrast to Landmark’s late performances at large venues. It combines the stages of two festivals: Glastonbury on June 27th and Big Weekend on May 25th. After returning from their Japan tour in February, which is still fresh in their memories, they returned to the UK tour, performed in London on March 14th, and then toured Europe for a short time before starting their American tour on April 12th, at the Coachella Festival. The one in London is a hall performance with very impressive lighting. The image quality here is rough. Coachella takes place when the sun is high, and Lauren’s sunglasses are almost to die for. It is also very popular in America. Even though they’re still new to the band, having only been on the market for half a year, they really liven things up and put on a really fun live show.
