This is the latest live recording from Chris Potter. It’s a remastered audience recording of his performance at the Antwerp Jazz Festival. The sound image is a little distant and not the best sound quality, but it’s still pretty good. He just released his new album, “Alive with Ghosts Today,” and “INTO AFRICA” from that album is performed here. However, the lineup and arrangement are different, which is typical of Potter. He seems to change his collaborators almost every time, and each live performance is filled with its own unique enjoyment.
