Beatles / Anthology Alternates Vol.3

From a label essential for Beatles fans comes the new Alternate series of the 2026 Anthology, featuring newly revised editions. This third installment in the series, Anthology 3 Alternates, covers the group’s final period, from the 1968 White Album to Abbey Road. The first half begins with the unearthed recording of “Revolution (Take 20),” which has been generating buzz for several years as an over 10-minute track overdubbed from Take 18, and mainly features rare recordings from the White Album that are not included in the box set. Also included are remastered rehearsal recordings of “Revolution” and “Yer Blues” from the recently unearthed Rock ‘n’ Roll Circus. Furthermore, the second half includes highlights from the “Get Back Sessions,” with the mono Twickenham Studios recordings demixed into true stereo, and outtakes from “Abbey Road” compiled primarily from recordings not included in the box set, with “Something,” “Here Comes the Sun,” and “Because” in newly upgraded mixes. *This is the latest 2026 edited version with the latest upgraded quality, using new masters for all tracks, including previously unreleased material. *It includes a selection of valuable and rare recordings not previously released, unedited recordings with different source materials than the originals, alternate mixes, and true stereo recordings created with the latest AI demixing.
