Description

From the North American tour accompanying “Close To The Edge” in 1972, the analog boot album “CHORD OF LIFE” is a 1 hour and 30 minute recording of the Ontario performance in Canada on October 30th with the highest level of high quality audience recording. Completely reprinted. With outstanding freshness, good separation, excellent stability and balance, it is recorded with one of the best quality as a 1972 tour sound source, and it is definitely a special content that fans should add to their collection. The drawbacks are that there is a cut at the ending of And You And I, that Roundabout fades in just before the ending of the last chorus part, and that the last song, Yours Is No Disgrace, is cut out at 11 minutes and 32 seconds. Most of the songs are well recorded, and the sound quality is excellent, so it is definitely a must-listen and must-have for fans. Perhaps due to the LP structure, the set is recorded in a different order than the actual one, mainly in the second half, but this edition is recorded in the correct order. The first half of each song, such as Heart Of The Sunrise and Close To The Edge, is a speedy performance, and the organ is mixed in louder than the guitar, so you can enjoy original sounds that you have never heard before. Masu. John’s vocals are also recorded very clearly, and it is a wonderful sound image that is very convincing. “Yessongs” recording machine, a record that allows you to enjoy ultra-high quality live performances from the golden age with truly wonderful sound. Needle crack noise has been removed as much as possible. Live at The University Of Waterloo, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada 30th October 1972 PERFECT SOUND Disc 1 1. Siberian Khatru 2.
