Description
Disco music dominated the pop music scene in the late 1970s. Disco was also a mainstay of youth culture around the world. The boom spread to rock music, and in 1978, the Stones released Miss You and Rod Stewart released I’m Sexy, and each became a huge hit, reaching number one on the US charts. Meanwhile, Paul may have also shown an interest in this disco sound, and in March 1979 he released Goodnight Tonight as a single. However, perhaps because it was released slightly after the peak of disco, it was not a big hit, reaching number 5 in both the US and UK charts. This single is also the first work under the new Wings name, with the addition of two new members (guitarist Lawrence Juber and drummer Steve Holly), and in addition to these two members, there are five members: Paul, Linda, and Denny. In the end, he became the last member of Wings. This gift item is a 12-inch version of Goodnight Tonight using the UK original version. The unique appeal of the 12-inch version is that it is recorded about 3 minutes longer than the 7-inch version. The two songs on this single were included on separate albums when they were released on CD. Also, this 12-inch version has not yet been made into a physical CD, making it a very valuable gift item. Furthermore, there was no domestic 12-inch release, and the UK version, which was imported directly by the manufacturer, was distributed domestically. Of course, the condition of the disc used this time is mint, and the matrix is also 1U on both sides. Please enjoy the Paul-style disco sound unique to a 12-inch single.
