Description
From the North American tour when “The Who By Numbers” was released, which was Keith Moon’s last tour, the performance in Winnipeg, Canada on October 18th was recorded almost completely from the good audience master at the time. The first half of the set list was mainly from the album, and from the middle part, the number from “Tommy”, which was a hot topic at the time, was composed of numbers. It was a departure from rock opera, and you can enjoy the four members’ bare appearance returning to a simple R&R route. The opening “I Can’t Explain” is full throttle, and the “Amazing Journey” medley unique to the live at that time, the highlight mini version of “TOMMY”, “Join Together” is incorporated into “My Generation”, and the way it piles up near the end is overwhelming. After all, it was Keith Moon’s last tour with the Who, so fans should check it out. DISC 1 :01. Intro/02. I Can’t Explain/03. Substitute/04. My Wife/05. Baba O’Riley/06. Squeeze Box/07.
