Description

The Moscow performance on November 16th from the world tour accompanying the release of “RESTLESS HEART” in 1997 is recorded in master quality and complete with soundboard by the people involved! Although this performance was aired on TV locally, it was only an 80-minute digest, so fans will be happy to hear the complete 100-minute version including the unaired audio. The performers were Adrian Vandenberg, David’s right-hand man at the time, and Steve Farris, who also worked with MR.MISTER and ALICE COOPER. The rhythm section was Denny Carmassi and Tony Franklin, who had the best technique, and Whitesnake’s performance during this period, which gave us a unique sound that was spontaneous and slightly fusion-oriented, was a great listen for every song. In particular, the bass solo incorporated in “Ready An’ Willing” and the instrumental number “Oi” show off the outstanding playing of the backing band. In addition, a medley of “Love Hunter ~ Slow An’ Easy”, and the main part ends with three familiar powerful numbers in a row and an encore of “Still of the Night”, making this a perfect set that you must listen to! In addition, the bonus DVDR contains 80 minutes of the TV on-air footage in master quality and professional shots. Since the source is from the Russian national broadcasting at the time, the quality is not so bad compared to recent on-air footage, but the audio part is synchronized with the same high-quality master as the CD, so it is the best quality ever.
