A professional shot of the 23rd anniversary party event held at the live club “SWEETWATER” in Mill Valley, California on August 5, 1991 has arrived! The opening features two piano instrumentals by Nicky Hopkins. Then, blues singer Jimmy McLachlin’s band appears. After playing a few songs and getting excited, blues guitarist Wayne Bennett and our own Ry Cooder join the band and power up even more. Next up was funky blues man Robert Ward. After a few solo songs, the gorgeous backup lineup of Ry Cooder, Nick Lowe, Steve Douglas, and Tony Johnson appeared! This is also a lot to see! The main event was a duo stage performance by John Lee Hooker and Ry Cooder. And for the finale, the duo was joined by Carlos Santana, Albert Collins, and more!
