A new item has been released that compiles rare live performances from 1977 to 1980 before their debut! A new item has been released that compiles a total of 30 tracks of rare live performances by the Northern Irish punk/power pop band The Undertones from 1977 to 1980 before their debut! First, the live performances from 1977 and 1979, which were previously included in the analog bootleg “Unearthed”, are recorded. (All songs from “Unearthed” are recorded except for the three songs that were later included in the official version) The 1977 live performance is a stereo soundboard recording with a rough mix, and all songs except “Jimmy Jimmy” are covered! They play famous songs by the Velvet Underground, the Heartbreakers, the Ramones, etc. Next, the 1979 live performance is a mono soundboard recording from an FM broadcast recording, and although it is also a rough mix, it is recorded with good sound quality and a powerful sound. Then, from the German FM broadcast sound source in 1980, a live performance held at the famous Paradiso in Amsterdam on March 15th is recorded with high quality stereo soundboard recording.
