From the second leg of the 1989 “Lovetown World Tour”, the legendary four-day consecutive performance in Dublin at the end of the year, this title is a 2-CD title that contains a complete recording of the live performance on the third day, December 30th, in master quality and soundboard sound source. First of all, this world tour was held on a global scale including Japan, and as a highlight of the end of the year, the band performed four days at The Point Depot, a club with a capacity of 5,000 people in Dublin, on December 26th, 27th, 30th, and New Year’s Eve on the 31st. All of the performances were aired on local FM, and the New Year’s Live on the 31st in particular is a classic recording that was also released half-officially. This title is the third day, and the set is quite different from the previous and next days, starting with a rather unusual opening that starts with an intro by Edge based on “The Star Spangled Banner” and then rushes into “Bullet The Blue Sky”. In addition, there are many numbers by “RATTLE AND HUM” that are not often played these days, such as “Van Diemen’s Land”, “She’s A Mystery To Me”, which was premiered on this day, and the hit tune “Angel Of Harlem”.
