Description
A rare sound source recorded in good monaural audience recording of a live performance held in Brussels on June 5, 1977, is now available in a brush-up edition! From the 1977 live performance, which had only 22 performances after the release of the masterpiece 1st album “Marquee Moon”, a rare sound source recorded in good monaural audience recording of a live performance held in Brussels, Belgium on June 5th is now available in a brush-up edition! The sound source used is a low gene master, which is said to be based on a cassette tape sold in a record shop in New York in the 1980s, but this sound source had the disadvantage that the localization was shifted and the pitch was shifted for each song. In this work, these defects have been carefully corrected, and the sound has been brushed up faithfully to the original sound without any equalization. The 1st set recorded in the main album has some parts that are slightly boosted, but the sound quality is reasonably good for the time, and the pitch and localization have been corrected, so it is recorded in the best condition that sets it apart from the sound sources circulating on the Internet. The last four songs on Disc 2 are from the second set, and although incomplete, they are recorded with clear and good sound quality. You can enjoy some of the best performances, such as “Marquee Moon” and “Little Johnny Jewel”, which feature the incredible improvisation unique to live performances, where two guitars intertwine while maintaining a sense of tension!
