Interview with Marc Bolan in Tokyo, Japan on 5th December 1972 From his first visit to Japan in 1972, a 14 minute and 33 second interview take recorded in Tokyo on December 5th after the tour was recorded on both sides of the single record (A side 7 minute 30 seconds, side B 7 minutes). The interview is said to have started with Mark sitting in a hotel room holding Kamen Rider and monster toys and saying, “If something like this existed in England, I would definitely do it.” Questions about the movie “Born To Boogie”, about the new album, questions about the guitar he uses, favorite vocalists, black and white music, blues, soul music, people who influenced him and his favorite guitarist, Tyranno It has a variety of topics such as the difference between Saurus rex and T. rex, what Mick Jagger said, and what he thinks about John Lennon’s peace movement, making it very interesting to listen to (and read). Scratch noise has also been carefully removed.
