Description

A treasured recording of a high-quality stereo soundboard recording of a performance in New Britain, Connecticut in January 1991, just after the release of “Let’s Go Faster”! The band’s second album after the reunion, their sixth album, “Let’s Go Faster,” was released only in Japan and Australia in December 1990. A treasured recording of a high-quality stereo soundboard recording of a live performance at The Sting in New Britain, Connecticut on January 11, 1991, just after that, is now available! Recorded from an aircheck sound source of an FM broadcast that was aired at the time, this is a soundboard recording with a rough mix that is extremely powerful, and the misalignment caused by the master and the pitch misalignment of only the last song, “Something Else,” have been carefully corrected and remastered. The album starts with “Cross Of Love”, a new song from “Let’s Go Faster” that was also re-recorded on “Choo Choo Hot Fish”, followed by “Let’s Go Faster”, “Sleepwalk”, an indispensable song for orchestras and solo artists in recent years, and an acoustic version of “Gina”. In addition, you can enjoy the superb set list and superb performance with “I Fought The Law”, which was only included on a single from the album “BLAST OFF!” released in 1989, “Mystery Train”, a masterpiece written by Junior Parker and also known as a cover by Elvis, and Eddie Cochran’s killer number “Something Else”!
