Description
From the tour after the release of the ninth album “DREAMTIME”, a newly excavated sound source recorded in Newcastle in March 1997 with a high-quality stereo audience recording is now available! From the tour to coincide with the release of the ninth album “DREAMTIME” released in October 1986, about two years after the previous work “AURAL SCULPTURE”, a rare sound source recorded in high-quality stereo audience recording of a live performance held at Northumbria University in Newcastle on March 21, 1987 is now available! It has been remastered from the low gene master, and the sound quality can be said to be of a high-class class at that time, with a wide range and stereo separation, and it is recorded with clear sound quality with good balance. The intro of “Who Wants The World” is missing due to a tape change, but the rest is completely recorded. The set list was recorded after the opening SE and featured four songs from “DREAMTIME” including the new single “Nice In Nice”. The thrilling arrangement of “Was It You?” and “Down In The Sewer” connected non-stop is also a highlight of this period! It’s also nice to hear “Spain”, which was not played on the same label’s previously released “BARROWLAND BALLROOM 1987” which recorded the Glasgow performance two days later, and “London Lady” at the end of the encore! You can fully enjoy the superb performance with a horn section!
