Description
This is a rare early live show from San Francisco in the 1960s, active in the psychedelic scene, reaching No. 1 in the US in the mid-70s, and growing into one of America’s most representative bands. The live performance at the well-known Fillmore East on March 3, 1970 was recorded in master quality and soundboard sound source from Bill Graham’s “Wolfgang’s Vault”. This was the time when Boz Scaggs left the band and the band became a three-piece band, and their blues-tinged performances, including covers of songs like “Stormy Monday,” were unique to this era. 01.
