Description
“Cruise to the Edge” will be held for several days in February 2017 as an event where you can enjoy the stage of the prog legends of the past while cruising the Caribbean on a luxury liner. The live performance at Steve Hackett on February 10th is recorded in full from the soundboard level digital audience master. As with the “Genesis Revisited Tour”, the set mainly consists of Genesis classics, with the best quality in terms of sound balance and realism. Still, while reproducing many Genesis numbers from the 70s, there were some changes in the set from the previous year’s Japan performance, and above all, as a tribute to John Wetton, who passed away about 10 days before this performance, “Afterglow” was performed at the end. This is a tear-jerking performance for fans of the past, as they had performed together at the same event in 2014. DISC 1 : 1. Intro/2. Every Day/3. El Nino/4. The Steppes/5.
