Scorpions/Early Years 1972-1986

In 2016, they performed in Japan, proving that they are still going strong with their energetic activities. This title compiles precious performances and promotional videos from their golden period, from the early 70s to the mid 80s, all in master quality and professional shots. First, the PV footage from the release of their first album “LOESOME CROW” in 1972, shortly after their debut, when Michael Schenker was enrolled, the golden period in 1977 when Uli Jon Roth was enrolled, and rare footage from 1986 after Matthias Jabs joined, all from the best quality masters that exist. Moreover, the quality is outstanding, as some of the footage that had previously leaked is from a rebroadcast version. First, the first half is a chronological list of rare promos from their debut to the 70s and TV live performances in Germany. The footage from before their early hard line is super rare, so be sure to check it out. In addition, the live footage from Nakano Sun Plaza on June 5th during the 1979 Japan tour in the second half is also recorded in the highest quality and long version ever. This was a Japan tour with Matthias Japs, who had rejoined the band in place of Michael Schenker, who had returned from his alcohol problem and was forced to leave again.
