From the 1980 Euro tour accompanying the release of “ANIMAL MAGNETISM”, the performance in Brussels, Belgium on April 22nd is recorded in complete form from a good audience master, which could be considered A rank at the time. After the departure of Uli Jon Roth, Matthias Jabs joined the band and rebuilt the band. Following the previous year’s “LOVEDRIVE”, the tour after the release of the second album after Matthias joined, the first opening was “Lovedrive”. From this US tour onwards, the opening was the representative song of the Uli era, “Pictured Life”, so it was an unusual opening, and the speedy “Don’t Make No Promises”, the groovy “Loving You Sunday Morning”, and “Animal Magnetism” and “The Zoo” from the same album are also highlights, performed in a medley format only for this tour. The final track is “Can’t Get Enough” featuring Matthias’ solo “Six String Sting”. As there are very few full live recordings from this tour in circulation, this is a must-have collector’s edition for fans. As an added bonus, the recording of the Newcastle performance on October 10th from the UK tour of the same year, recorded on a soundboard from the radio on-air master, is also included.
