Description

A high-quality audience recording of the Tokyo Budokan performance on April 28th from the first Japan tour held as part of Roxy Music’s world tour in 1979, which restarted after a two-year hiatus. Completely recorded. Recorded directly from the original master cassette, which is not even available among traders. Looking at the recorder’s ticket listed on the jacket, it seems that he was in the southeast seat for the second performance, and although the sound certainly makes you feel the distance from the stage, the sound image itself is well-balanced and recorded clearly, making it easy to listen to. There is no shortage of food. The previously released “MANIFESTO AT BUDOKAN” was also a wonderful recording, but I think that sound enthusiasts will prefer this version because they can experience a more natural sound feel and sound spread. I will. This take is a very good and wonderful recording. Not only does it have enough sonic punch and is well worth adding to your collection, it is also a very high-quality master sound source that will surprise and delight Roxy & Ferry fans around the world. The only drawback is that the first three songs lack high frequencies and feel plain, but Out Of The Blue is recorded with really high quality sound. The 1979 Japanese performance take is very limited, and there is no doubt that maniacs will be thrilled with the new sound source and complete recording version that has appeared for the first time in a while.
