Description

The 2021 edition of the “NO FILTER Tour” is currently underway, attracting worldwide attention. The latest report of the masterpiece video has been decided to be released. Five performances have been held so far, but this work contains the fourth performance. This is a superb audience shot of the “Nashville performance on October 9, 2021”. Speaking of 2021 footage, “ST. LOUIS 2021: Multicam”, recorded on the first day, has been very well received, and this work is also its sister work. It is a sequel to the multi-camera edit compiled and released by the same person. However, the individuality is slightly different from “ST. LOUIS 2021: Multicam”. The previous work was produced using a huge number of audience shots, but this work is almost one camera. In some parts, a different cut is used to convey the atmosphere of the venue. Rather than pursuing a variety of impressions as a professional shot, it is an “experiential video work” where you become one of the audience and be present at the scene. Why did the style become different even though it is the same producer? I don’t know the reason, but I can guess. One is the difference in the amount of material. The whole world was paying attention to the St. Louis performance on the first day to witness the Stones after Charlie’s death, and a huge amount of footage was also released at once. “ST. LOUIS 2021: Multicam” made full use of the unusual number of materials. However, perhaps the world was relieved to see “The Stones are the Stones” there, and the amount of footage and recordings rapidly decreased after the second day. The situation continues where we cannot expect as much material as on the first day in the Nashville performance of this work. However, it is not the case that there is only one type of video. In addition to several full videos, videos of individual songs have already appeared, and some of them are actually used in this work as images. Still, the reason that it is almost a single camera is because the main camera is so spectacular… No, it is not said so definitively, but it is so wonderful that it can only be thought of as such. The awesomeness is, above all, the closeness and the spectacular view without any obstructions! The angle shot from the stage right side (closer to Ronnie) is so close that you can almost reach out and touch it, and when you zoom in from there, Mick’s face fills the screen. Moreover, the image quality is so realistic that even the unevenness of the veins on his temples is clear, and even the shine of each blonde hair. Of course, the camerawork that thoroughly follows Mick when he is entangled with Ronnie and Keith is also wonderful. The best seats for concerts vary from person to person, but there is no one who is not envious of the close seats up to this point. You can immerse yourself in such a special seat experience. And what makes this experience even more exciting is the superb sound. The other day, we introduced the news album “NASHVILLE 2021: LIVE STREAM” for enthusiasts, but the sound of this work is completely different. I don’t know if it’s the same as the video or a different recording, but it is a great recording that is fiercely on, close to the camera, and glossy and delicate. The quality of such a special seat depicts a full show that has changed from the first day’s St. Louis performance. The tour is still ongoing, so let’s take a look at how things have changed and organize the set. Fixed songs for 2021: Tumbling Dice, 19th Nervous Breakdown, You Can’t Always Get What You Want, Living In A Ghost Town, Start Me Up, Honky Tonk Women, Miss You, Midnight Rambler, Paint It Black, Sympathy For The Devil, Jumping Jack Flash, Gimme Shelter, (I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction Daily songs: Street Fighting Man, Slipping Away, Let’s Spend the Night Together, Troubles a’ Comin, Dead Flowers (★), Connection (★) *Note: The “★” mark indicates a song that will be appearing for the first time in 2021. …And so on. In the previous work “ST. LOUIS 2021: Multicam”, the repertoire inherited from 2019 was “fixed songs”, but from this time, it is limited to the current “2021 version NO FILTER” unchanging songs (according to the latest report, “Street Fighting Man” and “Slipping Away” became daily songs at the Inglewood performance). The first day was an exception, and from the second day, “Let’s Spend the Night Together” and “Troubles a’ Comin” were played every time. Furthermore, the key point of the Nashville performance is the appearance of “Connection” and “Dead Flowers”, which were performed for the first time in 2021. In particular, “Connection” is the first time in 15 years since “A BIGGER BANG Tour”. This is a video work produced by a maniac who worked on a magnificent multi-camera work at the first day of the St. Louis performance, daring to “almost one camera”. It is a superb real-time report with the latest equipment, and a full show experience from a special seat that everyone envies… It is undoubtedly the hottest video work right now.
