Description
From the 1973 European tour, the September 16th Glasgow, Scotland performance, which has hardly been distributed in the past, is completely recorded for 73 minutes from the newly discovered original master tape. The sound sources from this day that have been distributed in the past were of poor quality, and this Glasgow performance was held over two days, September 16th and 17th, and the date data has been ambiguous until now, so we have selected from both performances. The sound source was being distributed, but this time, the genuine sound source of the 16th day was recorded directly from the low generation master, and the difference in quality is obvious. Also, some cuts in “Mujo no Sekai” and “Rip This Joint” are minimal, and the quality of other than these is incomparable to past sound sources. Above all, the elegance and violence unique to the 1973 tour was conveyed directly through the driving performance, especially Taylor’s amazing solo on “Gimme Shelter” and Mick’s “Angie”. It’s interesting to hear that the song uses the same melody line as the studio version. A must-listen item for fans, as it is a miraculous new excavated sound source that realistically reproduces the Stones at their peak, from the same period and with the same content as that “Brussels Affair”. 01.
