On August 24, 2003, the first day performance at Twickenham Stadium in London was recorded in full with a top-level high-quality audience recording. The original DAT master recorded by the veteran taper who lives in the UK (of course, he’s British) is used directly. Needless to say, this performance was recorded on the official DVD “Four Flicks”, so no matter how high the sound quality of the audience, it is difficult to release it normally. It has been familiar to fans as a bonus disc for the masterpiece recording title “WEMBLEY 1999 2ND NIGHT” by the same taper, but this time, a special release has been decided to be released so that everyone can enjoy it with the release of the press board “TWICKENHAM 2003 1ST NIGHT”. (Of course, it comes with a newly designed jacket.) This is because the three officially missing songs Don’t Stop, Happy, and Start Me Up were used as supplementary sound sources from the audience of this board in “TWICKENHAM 2003 1ST NIGHT”, a sound board drop from the official video, but even when switching from sound board to audience, there is almost no sense of incongruity due to the high sound quality. Normally, if AUD is used to supplement the official sound board, it is obvious, but in fact, the fact that it does not change that much proves how excellent the sound quality of this sound source is. It is such a good sound source that I am once again impressed that they were able to record such a clear and direct sound at that huge rugby stadium. And there is no strange equalization at all.
