Description

Along with Mike Millard’s original master discovery, “HOT OFF THE HEADS PRODUCTION” is the eye of the 2020 typhoon. The world’s first public master of the Rolling Stones version is now available. Speaking of “HOT OFF THE HEADS PRODUCTION,” it is a superb series that has been dominating the headlines for the past few weeks. In order to survive the worldwide refraining from going out due to the new coronavirus pandemic (initially titled “COVID-19 QUARANTINE RELEASE”), we have released a series of audience recordings centered on Chicago in the early 1980s. Collectors all over the world are fascinated by the high quality. Our store reports on many of the collections. Starting with Peter Gabriel and Phil Collins, ROXY MUSIC, Tom Petty, FLEETWOOD MAC, THE KINKS, WHEATHER REPORT, etc….The tremendous quality without a single bad recording has become very popular. The world’s first public recording of the Stones, which finally jumped out of such a popular series. That is what this work is. This work includes “Chicago performance on November 24, 1981”. This is an exquisite audience recording recorded during the middle of three consecutive performances in Chicago that were realized on “AMERICAN TOUR 1981”. As many of you may have already noticed, speaking of Chicago in 1981, it is also famous for the soundboard recordings that were discovered at all three consecutive performances. Even on the second day of this work in Chicago, the best stereo sound board album “CHICAGO 1981 2ND NIGHT” was a big hit. It became a very popular title that sold out immediately. So, the sound board is released first, but it is “HOT OFF THE HEADS PRODUCTION”. This work is also different from ordinary audience recording. The most wonderful thing is the clear and transparent atmosphere. There are two main types of this series: one is an ultra-tight recording with zero echo components, and the other is a type that gives a brilliant sound. This work is a recording that is a sample of the latter, and rather than having no sense of distance, the sound of the hall adds luster, depth, and dynamism. Of course, it is inevitable that such ringing will cause blurring and turbidity, but this work has a strong and straight core, and it is a beautiful recording where you can feel the shine caused by the ringing even more clearly. To add to this, the spectacle of loud cheers is also exquisitely delicious. I’m absorbing the excitement of the real scene, but it’s not a close-up scream, but a three-dimensional feeling like the ocean spreading out in the distance. The joy controlled by Mick’s every move rises in a “swell”, writhing from left to right in a wide excess. In “You Can’t Always Get What You Want”, Mick introduces the members and adds excitement, but the excitement is huge…. This on-site feeling cannot be achieved with a sound board, and the sense of balance between the performance that penetrates the center, the singing voice, and the excitement is not required for ordinary audience recording. It is a tremendous experience that can be enjoyed because of the beautiful recording of “HOT OFF THE HEADS PRODUCTION”. The show drawn with such a sound is also wonderful. In fact, this day was also known for its great performances, and the crisp ensemble was really refreshing. Of course, it is not a perfect band from corner to corner, and in the early “Shattered” there are incidents where Mick and the band no longer mesh. However, that’s the only thing that gets disrupted. There was no sagging in the fixed set, and the light performance carried through the full show without letting up in the slightest. It is because of such a passionate performance that Sugar Blue’s jump in “Miss You” also shines. I want as many people as possible to experience it. A documentary album that allows you to fully experience that wonderful show from the special seats.
