This is a recording of the nostalgic 2-disc record “The Glimmer Twins / Beast Of Bourbon”, a high-quality audience recording of the Berlin performance on June 8, 1982, from the original. There are some parts where you can hear the needle crackling, but it is at a level that is completely enjoyable to listen to. The recording time is about 90 minutes, and 5 songs, Let Me Go, Little T & A, Tumbling Dice, Jumping Jack Flash, and Satisfaction, are not included. VGP has already released a full-track version with the same title and the same sound source, so the content is more for enthusiasts, but fans will definitely enjoy this version, which allows you to enjoy the natural sound of the record itself, as is typical of the time. It is also a high-quality sound source that has been circulated with several bootleg titles such as “In Berlin” and “Can You Sing In Berlin”. However, this sound source has a drawback in that the pitch gets higher and higher as the latter half of the album progresses, and this part has been perfectly corrected. The original length of Disc 1 is 45 minutes, but the revised version is 45 minutes 45 seconds, which is within the acceptable range. However, the original length of Disc 2 is 47 minutes 18 seconds, and the revised version is 49 minutes 54 seconds, so you can see how high the pitch is. Although it is a recording that gives a sense of the era, the freshness and texture of the sound are perfect, and the stability and balance are good, making it well worth listening to.
