Description
Completely recorded with high-quality audience recordings of the second day of the Anaheim performance on May 18th and the LA Staples Center performance on the 20th of the following day, in the middle of the “50 & Counting” US tour. Although the venues are different, both recordings were made by the same person and the recording equipment was the same, so the sound trends are similar. As can be said for both performance sound sources, the sound gets better and better as the show progresses (especially the second half of Disc 2 on the second day of Anaheim is recorded with a truly PERFECT exquisite sound). In Anaheim, Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl jumped in to perform with Bitch. His punchy singing voice is full of power, and it was a collaboration that fit perfectly into this song. However, after this, the Stones are in LA, and since there is a surprise ahead, the lack of ambition in the first half of the performance cannot be denied. Especially in Happy, the band’s playing is even worse than Keith himself (lol). However, from Midnight Rumber, where Taylor appears, the performance suddenly became heated, and it was a scene that could be called a preview of LA. Although it was the LA Staples Center, this day was the day when Mick Taylor featured heavily, causing fans all over the world to go wild. Not only Midnight Rumber up until then, but it is no exaggeration to say that it is a show worth listening to just for the surprise of Sway’s participation. In fact, Taylor reproduces that atmospheric solo at the end of the song, and this will also be a moment of fan excitement. However, Taylor’s elegant performance on Can’t You Hear Me Knocking was the final blow, and his participation in the live performance of the same song was a dream come true for all fans. It was a great scene that finally happened. Here too, he was playing Taylor’s songs, and it was a day that really made me realize how special his participation was. In addition to this, there is also a performance of Far Away Eyes, which was the first performance on this tour, but Taylor is still a big feature. You can’t miss this! ! Honda Center, Anaheim, CA.
