A shocking incident!!! The 2009 “THE THUNDERSTEEL REUNION JAPAN TOUR” was Marc Leary’s last visit to Japan, 20 years after his legendary first visit to Japan. The super best stereo sound board recording was unexpectedly discovered! Moreover, all three performances are completely leaked. It has been decided to release the permanent trilogy at once! Of the three such incidental works, this work is the second, performed on the first day of Kanto “October 24, 2009: Club Citta Kawasaki”. It is the super best stereo sound board recording. This week, three performances will be released at the same time, so be sure to check the schedule one by one to avoid confusion.・October 23rd “OSAKA 2009” ・October 24th: Club Citta Kawasaki ←★This work★ ・October 25th “KAWASAKI 2009 2nd Night” All 3 performances. Speaking of “Club Citta Kawasaki,” it can be said to be their regular home when they come to Japan, but more than that, it is the venue that was the site of their legendary first visit to Japan. It is a live album recorded on the night when the same five people returned to that stage. And the quality is also incredible. This is common to all of the trilogy, but it is completely unprocessed with a sound board directly connected to the mix console leaked by the people involved. The extremely vivid performance sound comes out with the core exposed, and the vibrations of the guitar and bass strings and the drum skin are so close that you can see them, and it is poured directly into your brain. It is too lively to be called “official work style”, and the audience’s applause can only be heard in the distance. Therefore, the sense of realism at the concert site may not be at all, but the presence of the band and the sense of synchronization with the performance are unprecedented. In fact, it’s much better than the official traditional edition “RIOT IN JAPAN: LIVE!!”, which was processed with loud cheers and fancy echo processing of the large venue. It is a transcendent live album that is different from audience recordings and official works, and allows you to enjoy the taste of the direct sound board at its finest. “THE THUNDERSTEEL REUNION”, which is depicted with a sound that transcends the official version, is truly the paradise of heavy metal. In fact, the set is the same for all three performances, but the first day of this work in Kanto is also the day with the most broadcast soundboards. Let’s compare and organize them here. Guy Speranza era (6 songs)・ROCK CITY: Tokyo Rose (★)/Rock City (★)/Warrior・NARITA: Narita (★)・FIRE DOWN UNDER: Outlaw (★)/Swords and Tequila (★) Tony・Moore Era (11 songs) ・THUNDERSTEEL: Fight or Fall (★) / Johnny’s Back (★) / Sign of the Crimson Storm (★) / Flight of the Warrior / Bloodstreets (★) / Thundersteel ・THE PRIVILEGE OF POWER: On Your Knees/Metal Soldiers (★)/Storming the Gates of Hell (★)/Dance of Death・IMMORTAL SOUL: Wings Are for Angels *Note: Songs marked with “★” cannot be heard on the FM soundboard. …and it looks like this. Even though there are many broadcast soundboards, there are 6 songs in the end. As you can see from the number of “★” marks above, the power of the full set, including 11 songs that have not been aired, is tremendous. Furthermore, the performance of this work is also quite good. The truth is, with RIOT class, we can’t hope to tour around the world, and this performance in Japan was our first in several months. In Osaka, the circumstances were clear only on the first day, but in Kawasaki, things improved a lot. In particular, Tony Moore’s vocals are wonderful, with a pleasant extension and a great sense of stability. (According to one theory, the Osaka performance was packed with a disproportionate number of people in a small box. Because of this, the venue was lacking in oxygen.) That’s true, but that may have affected the vocals as well.) Speaking of Tony, you can also listen to that Japanese MC on the sound board directly connected to the brain. When introducing his new song “Wings Are for Angels,” he fluently said, “The new record will be released in the spring. Really! Do you want to hear more? Excuse me, do you want to hear more? One more time! Yes, please.” It’s not that Tony can speak Japanese, but maybe he has a good ear or a dexterous tongue… In any case, you can enjoy the pronunciation that is different from foreigners, which became a hot topic 30 years ago, with the direct connection sound board. A shocking outflow soundboard trilogy where you can enjoy “THE THUNDERSTEEL REUNION” with the highest quality directly connected to a desk that even exceeds the official one. This is the first day of Club Citta Kawasaki. The same venue as the legendary’s first visit to Japan, perfect for a dream reunion.
