~Rhythm Sophie, a rockin’ girl from Hungary! A killer item compiled from hard-to-find sound sources! ~ Rhythm Sophie, a rockin’ girl from Hungary whose PV has become popular on a certain video posting site and has become the center of attention among rockabilly and neo-rocka freaks! She specializes in not only rockabilly, but also blues, hillbilly, R&B, and swing, mainly from the 40’s and 50’s. Unfortunately, there is very little information on the release of her music, but this work was released in the PV and “Rockabilly Rhythm” is a collaboration with the Tom Stormy Trio, which is popular for its cute looks and exciting rockabilly tunes, “Man We Had A Party”, which seems to have been recorded around the same time as “Finders Keeper”, and the R&B tune “Sweet Nothing” “, “Got A Lot Of Rhythm In My Soul,” a hillbilly number with a doo-wop chorus, and “Wheather Man,” a New Orleans-style R&B track featuring piano and acoustic guitar from a session that appears to be a studio demo recording. A cover of the R&B classic “Money Honey” which is also known for Elvis’s masterpiece, a blues song “Dragnet For Jesus” which has a nice studio live recording, and a live version of a bluesy number co-starring Sonny & His Wild Cows. Also includes covers such as Imelda May’s “Johnny Got A Boom Boom”, Johnny Burnett Trio’s “Train Kept A Rollin'”, and Johnny Cash’s “Folson Prison Blues”! The sound quality of the live sound source varies depending on the song, but it is recorded with a good stereo audience recording.
