Return to Forever/Ohio, USA 2011

The live video of the 4th RTF has finally arrived! The live performance in Cincinnati on August 18, 2011 is completely recorded with audience shots. This is a very stable shot from slightly to the right of the stage, and the main focus is a fixed image that frames the whole scene. At important points, it will zoom in to the whole body size. The sound quality is clear, well balanced and very good. Although Al is not participating this time, it would be rude to call him a replacement, but Frank Gambare, who more than makes up for Al’s absence, plays a great role. And, as expected, the presence of the super big name Jean-Luc Ponty! The two new members are doing an outstanding job. Stan and Lenny firmly solidify the rhythm, and the melodies fly around freely, giving the impression that the performance has been rejuvenated by the freshest lineup in the 4th season.
