Red Hot Chili Peppers/Tokyo,Japan 5.20.2024 Complete IEM Matrix Edition Upgrade

The 2024 Japan tour, which was their second visit to Japan following the previous year, will be held for only two days at the Tokyo Dome on May 18th and 20th, and the first day’s performance will be fully recorded on 2 CDs using a multi-stereo IEM matrix. First, the multi-IEM matrix source is a mix of the line sound source from the uncompressed multi-ear monitor source used by the four members on stage and the digital audience master. By mixing the exquisite audience sources in a stereo mix, Anthony’s vocals as well as the details of each part are perfectly separated, and the performance of the day is reproduced in official quality with an overwhelming dynamic range. The CD released in advance by the same label has been demixed and remastered using the latest equipment, and the sound exceeds the official version, which can be said to be nothing better. And while the set list was basically based on the previous year’s, the first day opened with “Can’t Stop”, and included “Whatchu Thinkin'”, “These Are The Ways”, “I Could Have Lied”, and “Tell Me Baby” from “Unlimited Love”, which were not included in the previous Japan performance, and “Kooks”, sung solo by Frusciante, who reappeared in the encore, was a cover of David Bowie, and there were shift changes here and there. And of course, until the end with the big excitement of “Give It Away”, the performance was reproduced with a different dimension of sound quality, and the set was significantly different from the second day, so fans will need this limited edition Japan visit memorial item on both days.
