Description
Following “DEFINITIVE PHILADELPHIA 1975” and “DEFINITIVE HEMPSTEAD 1975”, the dawn RAINBOW upgrade master has been newly excavated! What is engraved on this work is the legendary audience recording of “November 17, 1975 Pittsburgh performance”. It is an upgrade master excavated on the same route as the highly popular “DEFINITIVE PHILADELPHIA 1975” and “DEFINITIVE HEMPSTEAD 1975”. If you have experienced the previous two works, you may have already decided on your mind, but for those who have not, we will explain from the beginning. First of all, from the weight of “1975” which is too special. 1975 (April 7th: Ritchie leaves DEEP PURPLE) (August 4th: “Conqueror of the Silver Mountains” released → September: lineup confirmed) November 10th – 29th: North America #1 (12 shows) ←★ HERE ★ 1976 (February: “Conqueror Flying Over the Rainbow” produced → released May 15th) June 11th – August 7th: North America #2 (32 shows) August 31st – September 14th: UK (10 shows) September 20th – October 18th: Europe (20 shows) November 4th – 22nd: Australia (11 shows) December 2nd – 16th: First visit to Japan (10 shows) (February 1977: Jimmy Bain fired) This is RAINBOW in 1975 and 1976. The heyday we know well is from 1976, and 1975 was the run-up to that. Although the lineup was already set with Cozy Powell and Jimmy Bain, “Kill The King” had not yet been born, and “Over the Rainbow” had not even been used. Our shop has archived as many masterpieces as possible from that early period. Let’s focus on the dates and check the collection here. Details of “North America #1” ・November 10: Montreal performance *November 12: “DEFINITIVE HEAVY PORTRAIT (New York)” ・November 13: Waterbury performance *November 14: “THE 4TH GIG (Hempstead)” *November 15: Upper Darby performance ←★This work★ ・November 16: Akron performance *November 17: “DARK & LIGHT (DISC 1: Pittsburgh)” *November 18: “FLASHES OF LIGHTNING (Detroit)” ・November 22-29 (4 performances) This work, which conveys such a show, is a new master of traditional recordings, and the upgrade covers both quality and quantity. First of all, the quantity is more than one minute longer than the previously best “DARK & LIGHT”. The beginning and tape change parts are slightly longer, but the drum solo in particular is recorded for about 40 seconds longer. It may not have much musical meaning, but this work is sealed in the historic “1975” scene. Even if it’s only a few tens of seconds, it has a different weight from other eras. More important than its length is the sound that runs through the entire work. Although the specific gene is unknown, it is obviously younger than “DARK & LIGHT”. The cloudiness and turbidity are quickly wiped away, and the exposed performance sound has a much stronger core and finer details. Particularly powerful is the sense of stability. Until now, it was distorted with a strong hiss and reduction to alleviate it, but this work is super natural. The previous two works “DEFINITIVE PHILADELPHIA 1975” and “DEFINITIVE HEMPSTEAD 1975” were also shocking, but the quality of the recording itself of this work is more than the previous two. It has been reborn as a live album that is much easier to listen to and will be loved by everyone. RAINBOW in 1975, before the completion of “Rainbow Style”. This is a live album that allows you to experience a more precious and important scene than any other era. A surprising upgrade master where traditional recordings have been reborn.
