Prince/TV Appearances Vol.15

There are many TV broadcasts of Prince. Although it is not systematic, the TV Appearances series is here, which thoroughly packs in all the existing footage! Vol.15 includes the complete version of Much More Music, the most solid and funky of the Musicology period, even the commercials before the broadcast. The commercials also show live performances from the tour for a moment. And the TV broadcast from the Australian tour before the Musicology tour, which is only an interview, is valuable. However, the highlight of this DVD is The Sunday Show Special. Although it has a time code, it is still a very groundbreaking 20-minute complete version. The interview in which the masked Prince played by Tora Tora can only communicate his intentions through Mayte is famous, but the footage of the sound check for Get Wild, and the live footage of Days Of Wild, The Jam, and Billy Jack Bitch, which are actually shown in the interview, can only be seen here, and I’m glad that it’s a complete version so long. Also famous is the 9-minute Prince Musical Portrait, which includes speeches praising Prince from Eric Clapton, Miles Davis, Terence Trent D’Arby and other musicians, as well as rare footage from his Lovesexy days.
