Prince & the Revolution Prince/Dream Factory 6.3.1986 Configuration

With the release of the Super Deluxe Edition of Sign of the Times, the unreleased album Dream Factory was made on April 22, 1986. The second version made on June 3 is also almost reproducible, and is released here. All the songs with various mixes have been normalized and remastered to eliminate any sense of incongruity, including adjustments between songs. Side A, from Visions to The Ballad Of Dorothy Parker, is the same as the April 22 configuration, followed by It. Side B is the same as the April 22 configuration from Strange Relationship to Starfish And Coffee, followed by Colors, which is called Wendy this time, and In A Large Room With No Light, followed by the long version of Nevaeh Ni Ecalp A, and finally the crystal ball version of Sexucal Suicide. Sexual Suicide is said to have been recorded in a crystal ball with a thin effect added, so the official mix would be the one before the effect was applied, but since it has not been released, it is the one recorded in the crystal ball, which is thought to be the closest. Side C is the longest version 2 before Claire Fisher’s strings from Crystal Ball were added, and the bootleg version that connects to Power Fantastic with the intro called Paris is cleverly divided into tracks, with the Hits & B-size version. Side D, first Last Heart is taken from the completed version of Dream Factory on July 18th (it is the same as the version included in the 5CD Crystal Ball, but it is considered to be closer to the original mix). Witness 4 The Prosecution version 1, Movie Star and A Place In Heaven are recorded in a version where these two songs are connected. And the last song is All My Dreams. This is the birth of the second configuration of Dream Factory, which is unimaginable at this time. *Not included in Prince/Sign O’ The Times Super Deluxe Edition Outtakes, but the version that can be heard only in this configuration corresponds to the one with the studio name and recording date written on it.
