Then there’s Let’s Go Crazy, which tries out various things, and The Dance Electric, a super funk song provided by Andre Simone, where Prince plays around with a vocoder and tries various effects, and Wendy’s comfortable cutting that I’ve never heard before and sharp rock mannerisms. You can experience the deeper charm of The Dance Electric as it explodes. Little Red Corvette also has traces of trying to evolve a famous song.
