Description

21st release! , still unreleased sound board sound source! 2011, Welcome 2 America Tour, 21 Night Stand. The performance on May 14th, which has the honor of being the best performance among them, appears for the first time on a soundboard recording! The audience recording was already of the highest quality, but the sound board was different! First of all, the beautiful 15-minute version of When Eye Lay My Hands On U is a wonderful blend of Prince’s singing and playing, and it can be said that it is the best and typical live performance of this song. Renato’s piano and Mike Phillips’ saxophone are excellent. And Laydown’s play is an arrangement that incorporates rock. And it becomes even more rock, and you can listen to the extremely rare performance of Welcome 2 America from Dreamer. Shelby and others’ soulful chorus, Prince’s convincing vocals. I’m very happy to find out what this important song is that has been played for quite some time and is the name of the tour. Then we played a rock version of “She’s Always In My Hair” and a new song called “I’ll sing to you, you, you guys” and “Future Soul Song.” They only played a little bit on the 20Ten tour, so I’m glad they suddenly played at this timing. Purple Rain also said come on with a slightly hoarse voice! The way he calls out to the audience is sexy. The Glamorous Life, which also includes Sheila E, is so moving that it brings tears to my eyes. And in Somewhere Here On Earth, Mike Phillips plays the saxophone to make it the best performance. Maceo is also great, but listeners tend to think of Prince as having some reservations about Maceo, considering the relationship between senior and junior. But Mike goes beyond such poor thinking. There is a sense of security in knowing that as long as there is great music, that’s all that matters. And what’s interesting here is that Prince sings Eye Love U, But Eye Don’t Trust U Anymore like a mashup. Renato’s piano solo there is irresistible. And since it’s a soundboard, the medley from Take Me With U makes you feel something more than usual. It also includes Sheila E’s percussion rhythm, allowing you to enjoy a special performance. You can learn about Prince’s leadership of the band. However, in Cool, Sheila is summoned by the Prince, and it was probably actress Halle Berry who responded to that, and it’s a pity that she does a bad chorus. There are some sound breaks in this medley, but they have been edited well. And No One Else, sung by Amer Larieux, a talented woman with a unique singing style, with NPG backing, is naturally wonderful since it is sung by the original. Perhaps some kind of desperation was conveyed to Prince, as the effects were beautiful and Nothing Compares 2 U was more exaggerated than usual. In particular, the piano that connects the songs, and the soulfulness of Mike’s saxophone, along with Prince, Shelby sings happily as if he had received a rose from the god of music. The following Controversy allows you to enjoy Prince’s mature band play during this period. And there, the saxophone by Mike Phillips is blown in all directions. Controversy rose to new heights with the 20Ten tour. However, there is a band here that you will actually enjoy playing. Sheila E., who plays the role of the band’s deputy leader, also plays percussion, but in reality, NPG’s keyboard staff, including Mr. Hayes, Renato Neto, and Cassandra O’Neill, are the ones who play the most important roles. In this arrangement, these three people are important, and it is because Prince judges it that there is a clear leadership. Before I knew it, it was 9 minutes. Although it was intended to be short, it ended up being a long performance, and it is a masterpiece that extends the band’s goodness. And a sampler set. The sound is great with the soundboard recording, but it gives the illusion that it’s being played by a band. So if you go to see a live performance, you’ll understand that the sense of realism will make everyone excited. I enjoy everyone’s vocal development in When Doves Cry, and Prince’s singing in Sign O The Time sounds very beautiful. In Love, Prince sings Black Sweat with that sound in the background for some reason. Prince also stirs up the crowd as a vocalist on I Would Die 4 U. In the band’s performance of If I Was Your Girlfriend, Mike adds horns to the entire performance. Mike, blow to Prince! That being said, it’s amazing that he simply gives off the best horn. In the ballad medley that follows, Prince mysteriously sings in a hurry. In fact, I make time for Mike to play solos, and I also give Renato the opportunity to play phrases that are equally valuable. Prince also sings Scandalous in a bit of a hurry. However, he seems to be overcome with emotion, and I hear the sound of the microphone hitting something. Then, on the following Adore, Mike modestly adds a horn. This adjustment is the best. And the backing chorus is very good, and Prince sings to fulfill his mission to finally show off his best vocals. Maybe Prince’s throat is at its limit, but he sings like he raps and appeals to the audience like he’s an MC. As if help had arrived, Mike gently played a saxophone solo. After all, horns are absolutely necessary for Prince’s band. Waiting for the encore, then the after party, how many songs will you play? After Prince MCs the song, Kiss is funky. And the encore continued with Play That Funky Music. Comedians Craig Robinson and Susan Sarandon come on stage to make them sing. There’s a gag where Prince calls out security while Craig is singing. And then there’s Inglewood Swinging, where Mike plays a funky version with a vocoder. Mike uses the vocoder to play Zapp’s More Bounce To The Ounce, just like Roger, but the backing changes to More Bounce To The Ounce, and Prince sings as if he were following suit. Susan, perhaps, sings soulfully and summons Sheila. However, the way it is called is not bad and gives a funky feel. In fact, it responds with percussion and even draws in Mike’s vocoder phrase of One Nation Under A Groove. The jam that follows is also funky and develops wonderfully. It will be the best of 21 Night Stand, or even the best of the Welcome 2 America tour. In fact, at the same time as this sound board sound source, a high-quality audience recording of the Welcome 2 Europe tour performance in Hungary on August 11, 2011 was leaked, and it was also leaked along with the sound board recording of May 14, 2011 mentioned above. This is the title included. Except for the beginning of We Live (2 Get Funky) and Musicology, which have a few sound cuts, this is an excellent sound board-like recording of an audience with few cheers, and is an excellent sound source that is two ranks higher than before. However, the second half is missing, and this time we have made up for it with a special disc containing the second half from a different source. It’s a shame that there’s one annoying person, but Aurus’s Sometimes It Snows In April calms down, and it’s a very moist and wonderful ending. It is unknown if it was washed away, but some of it is included). In the first half, where you can listen with great sound quality, the spectacular funk jam from Hot Thing to Eye Like Funky Music during the sampler set there is amazing.
