Prince/Camille Crystal Ball 2021 Remaster

Prince’s unreleased albums, Camille and Crystal Ball, produced in 1986. Camille’s set list has been known for quite some time, and since the only unreleased song is Rebirth Of The Flesh, there have been many releases. And one of the 100 analog copies made has been miraculously unearthed. And the master source of the 3-LP masterpiece Crystal Ball has also been unearthed. This time, we will correct some of the problems that were in those sources and release them again. Camille uses a source with the excavated analog as the master. However, there was clearly a few seconds between the four songs on side B, so we cut these to smooth out the progression of the songs. The sound quality is not the best quality due to the condition of the LP, but since there is a difference in the mix, we recorded it as it is. And Crystal Ball seems to have been mastered from acetate, but in fact the pitch was not normal. This time, the pitch was raised by about 1.002 times compared to the existing one in the first half, and the pitch was quite fast in the second half from The Ball, so we corrected it by 0.978 times. This is also the same as the official version, but it has been remastered and recorded from the master without any replacement. *This title, which is included in the Sign O’ The Times Super Deluxe Edition Outtakes series, and the ones with the date and studio name after the song title are only available there. Only Rebirth Of The Flesh and If I Was Your Girlfriend (without intro) are the same version for Camille and Crystal Ball, but since there may be differences in the mix of each master, both are listed just in case.
