Description

“LIVE AT TECHNICAL COLLEGE” released in 2003. The phantom sound source, which is extremely high quality, extremely fresh, and has been recorded for a long time, has never been re-released until now, and will be revived at the end of 2019. The tour of the then new work “Atom Heart Mother” in the UK was accompanied by an orchestra and chorus, and from November 1970, several performances were held in provincial cities in England, and a performance in London at the beginning of the year, and from the end of February, As is well known, several performances were held in Germany and the Netherlands, accompanied by an orchestra and choir. In between this large-scale tour, a short tour was held with only four members in the UK, and this performance was held on February 3, 1971 in Hampshire, England. Live at the Students Union Bar at Farnborough Technical College. The sound quality and freshness that make you believe that it is a master copy are of very high quality even when you listen to it now, and you can listen carefully to the delicate sound. The sound, which was probably recorded at a fairly small venue, overwhelms the listener with its outstanding quality, which is hard to believe from a cassette recording made 40 years ago. Roger’s MC tuning between songs and relaxed chatter are also clearly recorded. The concert started with the big song “Atom Shinbo,” a heavy and dynamic performance performed by just the four of them. The EmbryoL, Cymbaline, Astronomy Domine, Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun are perfectly recorded, but Eugene at the end of Disc 1 and the encore “Mystery” are cut off at the end of each cassette. It’s a shame that it is. However, at the time of its release in 2003, enthusiasts may not have been able to hide their amazement at the fact that so many performances from this period appeared with such amazing quality. Below is a table of overseas sound source grades, and even now, Ayanami’s 2003 edition is considered the best in terms of quality and duration. 1971-02-13 MasterClone>cdr[0]>shn (as released by Ayanami) A 92:38m 1971-02-13 cass[3]>cdr (“Close The Blinds” released by The Monkey) A 87:55m This time In the remastered version, the overall pitch, which was a little high, has been corrected, and the mid-bass has been removed to eliminate a bit of bass collapse, creating a sound that is easier to listen to.I’m surprised at how fresh it is now! ! Although it has a direct texture, the sound does not become distorted or muddy even when the whole thing is included, probably because it is a “master clone”, as has been praised overseas. Now that the 2010s are coming to an end, please check out and enjoy the high quality of “LIVE AT TECHNICAL COLLEGE” Live at Students Union Bar, Technical College, Farnborough, Hampshire, UK 13th February 1971 TRULY AMAZING/PERFECT SOUND Disc 1(46:38) 1.
