The second volume, titled “Innovative Period 1968∥1969,” covers the period from 1968 to 1969, when the band was restructured after David Gilmour joined. CD1 includes “AI Stereo New Master,” a stereo version of the broadcasts that were mono in the 1960s, using the latest AI demix. This new master, which has been reborn with a much clearer and more three-dimensional sound due to the separation of the sound compared to the original, has a high sound quality that surpasses the pseudo-stereo and official sound sources of the past, and is of a different dimension to the many BBC-related items so far.
