Description
From the US tour accompanying “Division Bell” in 1994, the middle day of the Oakland 3-day performance held from April 20th to 22nd, and the April 21st performance were recorded in full for about 2 hours and 28 minutes with an angry super high-quality audience recording. This sound source is the same as the one previously released under the 6-disc title “Oaklands Revisited”, but this version has been remastered and contains the best version with almost all tracks corrected for the problematic song cutting points in almost all songs. The previous title was described in a specialist magazine as “high quality sound comparable to a sound board for all three performances”, but this take of the 21st performance boasts one of the best sound quality among them, and you can enjoy the whole picture of the show with a sound that can be described as amazing, truly the best of the best. This is a sound source that boasts an outstanding sense of separation without any sound muffling, but even though the sound is so clear and powerful, the cheers can be heard at a moderate distance, which is one of the attractions of this sound source. It reproduces a high-quality live performance with a unique high sound quality that is different from the line recording. You can listen to Gilmour’s guitar play that fascinates all fans with a sound that can be said to be the ultimate microphone recording, which is hard to believe that it is a large venue recording. Disc 3 contains 2 hours and 31 minutes of audience shot footage of this day, which has appeared in recent years. Close-up footage from the right side of the lower part of the stage. In the zoom-up scene, the quality of the footage is surprisingly high, and the overall stability is also impeccable, and the newly emerged high-quality audience footage allows you to take a good look at the whole picture of the show. The sound alone is stimulating enough, but the persuasiveness of the footage is also wonderful, and the overall impression is considerable. The master is clearly a video camera, but the image blur is minimal, and the audio recorded is very advanced, so there is almost no stress when watching. Unlike the 1994 footage of other performances, it is wonderful that close-up scenes of the members are used frequently, so you can enjoy each person’s attractive performance in realistic footage. A 3-disc title that is a must-have for fans has been decided to be released. Live at Alameda Oakland Coliseum, Oakland, California, USA 21st April 1994 TRULY PERFECT SOUND Disc 1 1.
