Description
On June 15, 1975, New Jersey completely recorded the Roosevelt Stadium performance with ultra-high quality audience recording. This performance includes the previously released “Jersey Not Mother,” but this version has a recording time of 140 minutes, which is 6 minutes longer, and there are no cuts during or between songs, and the opening song “OK, Here we go You can see that the intro part, which includes Roger’s MC, has already been recorded 2 minutes longer. The most important sound is this, which is incomparably better than anything that has already been released, and is recorded with one of the best ultra-high sound quality among the 1975 US tour, which has many excellent recordings. Of course, the second part, “Madness”, is not separated and can be listened to uncut, but from any point of view, it is a very excellent content worthy of a definitive edition. The clear and punchy sound is perfect for listening to, the pitch is accurate, and with the ideal sound image, you can enjoy the powerful and large-scale performances of this period. The exciting opening Raving And Drooling, Shine On You Crazy Diamond that starts with the MC saying, “This is another new song. It’s about Syd Barrett,” Have A Cigar with Gilmour’s overwhelming guitar, and a 6-minute heartbeat. From Speak To Me, which excites the audience, to Eclipse, the moving finale, “Madness” shows a performance full of creativity, and even more, to the encore Echoes, which features a freaky saxophone solo and Gilmore’s long solo, it is a comfortable and smooth performance with no slack. You can fully enjoy a tight performance full of tension. Live at Roosevelt Stadium, Jersey City, New Jersey, USA 15th June 1975 TRULY AMAZING/PERFECT SOUND Disc 1 1. Intro. 2. Raving And Drooling 3.
